As Senior UX Designer, I served as the dedicated designer for Rapid7's platform case management system, a centralized hub that enabled cybersecurity teams to track, collaborate on, and automate high volumes of security work.
Design Leadership: Owned the end-to-end design process for Case Management from discovery through implementation. I conducted competitive analysis and user interviews, then facilitated cross-team ideation workshops (both remote and in-person) to align stakeholders around solutions. Through iterative testing, from lo-fi concept validation to hi-fi usability sessions with customers and internal security professionals, I refined designs based on real-world feedback. During development, I partnered closely with engineering, conducting detailed UX QA to ensure implementation fidelity.
Security, Orchestration and Response (SOAR) Product Team: Collaborated on enhancing the product InsightConnect and establishing a consistent automation experience across Rapid7's product suite.
Design System Core Group: Co-led expansion of the table component to support advanced functionality including nested, grouped, and expandable rows, improving data presentation across the platform.
