During my role as Senior UX Designer at Rapid7, I was the dedicated designer for our platform case management system. I collaborated closely with product and engineering to provide a centralized hub where users could easily track, collaborate and automate high volumes of cybersecurity work.
I led discovery, research and design efforts for Case Management by conducting competitive analysis, user interviews, facilitating cross-team sketching & ideation workshops (remote and in-person), running lo-fi prototype concept testing and hi-fi usability testing with customers and internal cybersecurity professionals to validate design direction. During implementation, I provided support to engineers by performing a highly detailed UX QA.
I was part of the SOAR (Security, Orchestration, Automation & Response) UX team collaborating on enhancing our SOAR product InsightConnect, and bringing a consistent automation experience across all products. I was also part of the Design System Core Group where I co-led a project aiming to enhance our table component with expanded, nested and grouped row functionality.
