As Senior UX Designer at Citi, I design user experiences for enterprise data applications that enable data governance, regulatory reporting, and transformation initiatives across the bank. Working at the intersection of complex requirements and user needs, I collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineers to deliver intuitive solutions under tight, compliance-driven deadlines.
My approach centers on rapid prototyping to build alignment across teams and communicate design intent clearly. I regularly present solutions to senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors, ensuring designs meet both business objectives and user needs.
(Work on this application is under NDA. I'm happy to discuss my design process and approach to solving complex problems in more detail.)
Homepage Redesign Research: Co-led end-to-end discovery to inform a user-centric redesign of our application's homepage. Through user interviews, affinity mapping, and ideation workshops, I identified pain points and opportunities. I leveraged internal AI tools to accelerate synthesis and analysis, delivering stakeholder presentations and a prioritized backlog of UX enhancements to guide product improvements.
Local Pattern Library: Built a team-specific pattern library based on Citi's design system, creating reusable components tailored to our product needs. This library accelerated prototyping, ensured design consistency across features, and streamlined developer handoff.
I help design the best experiences for Citi's enterprise applications that ensure data quality for regulatory reporting
