Prior to my role at Turnitin, I was on a fast-paced agile team building financial statement auditing software for the leading "Big Four" accounting firm. As the dedicated Senior UI/UX Designer for all financial data in the platform, I tackled complex problems by facilitating discovery and ideation workshops, sketching ideas, creating user flows, lo-fi and hi-fi prototype designs, conducting usability testing and iterating based on feedback. UI/UX Design
During my time as a Senior UX Designer at Turnitin, I was part of a global remote team building assessment software called ExamSoft. I used the full UX process from discovery to implementation to create intuitive experiences for our users. We focused on enabling users to easily build and proctor exams, securely manage student data, and helped institutions meet learning outcomes with insightful reports. In addition to product design work, I was also part of the team building a new design system to accommodate newly acquired ed-tech companies with a goal of ensuring consistency and accessibility across all products.
